Recipients Management
Adding Contacts

Add contacts one by one:
- Open your collector
- Go to Recipients tab
- Click Add Contact
- Enter contact details
- Save
Import from CSV or Excel:
Supported Formats:
- CSV (.csv)
- Excel (.xlsx, .xls)
Required Columns:
- Email (for Email collectors)
- Phone (for SMS/WhatsApp collectors)
Optional Columns:
- First Name

Import Steps:
- Prepare your file with headers
- Go to Recipients → Import
- Upload your file
- Map columns to contact fields

Use existing contact groups:
- Go to Recipients tab
- Click Add from Groups
- Select one or more groups
- Confirm selection
