SMS credits
Pollarix counts SMS in credits. 1 SMS credit = one message part: up to 70 Hebrew or 160 English characters. A typical Hebrew invitation is 2–3 credits.
What a message contains
Every SMS invitation carries your text, the survey link and an opt-out line. Messages to Israeli numbers end with a Hebrew opt-out line, so the whole message is counted as Hebrew: up to 70 characters in a single part, or 67 per part once it needs more than one. A line break can start a new part.
What each plan includes
| Plan | SMS credits a month | About this many Hebrew invitations |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | — | — |
| Advance | 200 | 70–100 |
| Pro | 1,000 | 330–500 |
| Enterprise | Set in your contract | Set in your contract |
Monthly credits renew every month and don't carry over.
Where you can send
Pollarix sends SMS to Israeli numbers. Sending to numbers outside Israel is not available yet.
When credits run out
SMS sending stops until your credits renew or you upgrade. Your surveys keep collecting responses, and respondents are never affected.
Estimate a message
The SMS credits calculator estimates how many credits an invitation uses before you send it (בעברית).
