General Questions

Who can join the Partner Program?

Anyone with an audience interested in survey and feedback tools can join:

  • • Bloggers and content creators
  • • Marketing and research agencies
  • • Consultants and freelancers
  • • Technology partners and integrators
  • • Influencers in B2B or SaaS space

Is there a cost to join?

No! The Partner Program is completely free to join. There are no fees, commitments, or minimum requirements.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your application is processed.

Can I refer myself or my own company?

No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission and violate our terms of service.


Commissions & Earnings

How much can I earn?

Your earnings depend on:

  • Your tier: 15% (Starter), 20% (Growth), or 25% (Premier)
  • Customer value: Higher-tier customers = higher commissions
  • Duration: 12 months (Starter) or 24 months (Growth/Premier)

Example: A $99/month customer at 20% = $19.80/month = $475.20 over 24 months

When do commissions start?

Commissions start when a referred customer makes their first paid subscription payment. Free trial signups don't generate commissions until they convert to paid.

Do I earn on upgrades and renewals?

Yes! You earn commission on:

  • ✓ Initial subscription payment
  • ✓ Monthly/annual renewals
  • ✓ Plan upgrades

You stop earning when the customer cancels or your commission duration ends (12 or 24 months).

What is the commission hold period?

All commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. This protects against refunds and fraudulent signups.


Payouts

What is the minimum payout?

The minimum payout threshold is $50. Earnings below this amount roll over to the next month and never expire.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed monthly:

  1. 1. Commissions become eligible after 30-day hold
  2. 2. Payout batches created in first week of each month
  3. 3. Payments sent within 5-10 business days

How do I receive payment?

Currently supported:

  • • Bank transfer

Coming soon:

  • • PayPal
  • • Stripe payouts

Tracking & Attribution

How long is the cookie window?

Your referral link sets a 90-day cookie. If someone signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, you get credit.

What if someone clicks multiple partner links?

We use first-click attribution. The first partner whose link was clicked gets credit for the conversion.

Does tracking work across devices?

Currently, tracking is cookie-based and doesn't work across devices. If someone clicks on their phone but signs up on their computer, the referral may not be tracked.

How do I add UTM parameters?


Clawbacks

What is a clawback?

A clawback occurs when a referred customer cancels their subscription. Depending on when they cancel, some or all of your commission may be reclaimed.

What is the clawback policy?

How can I avoid clawbacks?

  • • Target audiences matching our ideal customer profile
  • • Focus on quality over quantity

Tier Advancement

How do I advance to the next tier?

You can advance by meeting either requirement:

Growth
5+ conversions OR $10K ARR
Premier
15+ conversions OR $50K ARR

Do existing referrals benefit from tier upgrades?

No. The commission rate is locked at the time of conversion. If you're promoted from Starter to Growth, only new referrals get the 20% rate. Existing referrals remain at 15%.


Troubleshooting

My referral isn't showing in the dashboard

Possible reasons:

  • • User's browser blocked cookies
  • • User used a different device
  • • Attribution window (90 days) expired
  • • User signed up through a different link

My commission shows as "Pending"

This is normal! Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. Check the "hold until" date in your dashboard.

I reached $50 but haven't been paid

Check that:

  • • Your payment details are configured
  • • Commissions are "Eligible" (past 30-day hold)
  • • You received the payout batch notification

Payouts are processed monthly. If you just became eligible, you'll be in the next batch.
